How to organise PDF pages

  1. Open the PDF

All pages load as thumbnails you can work with directly.

  2. Rearrange

Drag a page by its handle to a new position. On a keyboard, focus the handle and use the arrow keys.

  3. Fix individual pages

Rotate, duplicate or delete pages with the buttons under each thumbnail.

  4. Save

Press Save changes to build the new PDF and download it.

Key features

Everything in one pass

Reorder, rotate, duplicate and delete without running the file through four separate tools.

Undo before you save

Nothing changes until you save. If you get in a muddle, Undo all changes restores the original order.

See where pages came from

Moved pages show their original number, so you can keep track in long documents.

Clean removal

Deleted pages are left out of the rebuilt file completely, rather than being hidden inside it.

Good to know

Thumbnails render as you scroll, so even documents with hundreds of pages open quickly. Saving rebuilds the document from your page list, which means bookmarks and fillable form fields from the original are not kept. Links and comments on each page are kept.

Need to combine pages from different files? Merge them first, then organise the result here.

Security and privacy

Organise PDF runs entirely in your browser. Your file is processed in this tab’s memory and never uploaded to PDF365 or anyone else. When you close the tab or press “Start over”, the data is discarded.
